She even makes sure to take the stone home at the end. Her love for a rock not only left the paw parent stunned but also made the viewers laugh. Uploaded on @_thelifeofleia, the paw parent, Nick, shows his pet pooch, Leia, getting obsessed with a rock found near a water stream.
During their outing, Leia, the German Shepherd, finds the one rock among many others, drags it into the water, and washes it to make it squeaky clean. Looking at her furababy’s obsession, even Nick points out that “it’s just a stone.”
Ignoring her owner, the little pup once again plays with the stone in the water after rolling it on the rocky surface. She then brings it outside, leaving Nick asking, “what is it with that rock? You like that rock?.” To which Leia agrees.
Throughout the clip, the pup plays with only that one rock, despite being surrounded by many others. She keeps trying to pick the stone with her mouth, growling in frustration when she fails.
Even when Nick signals it’s time to go, the furball does not leave the stone behind. After various attempts, Leia finally grabs the stone in her mouth and runs towards her owner, who later treats her with a pup cup.
Many commented under the video, with one person writing, “That was hysterical, so glad you caught it on camera!” Another dog lover commented, “Her arguing is so dramatic.” An individual mentioned, “Wow, she is a FAN of rocks.”
